The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the normalcy of everyones lives. The abrupt end to the 2020 school year in the US has left college students in a crippling state of uncertainty. We wanted to bring to light their experiences, their stories, and how they maintain hope even through the storm of COVID-19 chaos. Maintaining a sense of community is what will bring us through this time, mentally and physically. Laugh with us, cry with us, relate to us and navigate this new norm with us.

In 2018, I was honored to deliver the charge to the university of hartford class of 2018. The speech was written by myself and emphasized the importance of storytelling to change the world around us.
